Custom-made fabric

DEC FABRICS prints to your chosen artwork and fabric specification. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom-made products for a change of mind or other non-quality reasons. This does not affect applicable statutory rights.

Quality issues, incorrect goods or shortages

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact william@dectextile.com preferably within 48 hours if something is wrong. Include your order number, fabric name, affected quantity, a description and clear photographs. You may also use our Complaint Form. The 48-hour recommendation is not a deadline that removes your legal rights.

Help us assess the issue

Keep the packaging and, where possible, do not cut, wash or alter the affected fabric before contacting us. For a size or print issue, include a ruler in the photograph. If a problem becomes apparent only after use or washing, explain what happened so we can assess it fairly.

Resolution and returns

After reviewing the issue, we will confirm an appropriate solution, which may include replacement of missing or incorrect goods, a reprint or a refund. Please contact us before returning anything; we will provide the return address and agree any return shipping arrangements. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.

Artwork and colour expectations

Please check your selected file, scale, base and quantity before approval. Differences caused solely by screen display or an approved customer selection do not automatically indicate a printing fault. We will assess concerns against the agreed order specification and any approved sample.

Refund handling

Where a refund is agreed, we will confirm its amount and process it through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider determines when it appears in your account. Any shipping charges or return costs will be addressed according to the circumstances and applicable rights.
