Programme rules & helpful answers
When do points start and when are they credited?
The programme is not active yet. The launch date, earning rules and claiming process are pending approval. No points are currently being awarded through this programme.
How do vouchers and expiry work?
Voucher expiry, redemption and minimum spend rules are pending approval. No voucher can be redeemed through this page while the programme is inactive.
How is VIP eligibility checked?
VIP eligibility, yardage thresholds and any discount are pending approval. Contact us with your order history or project plan for a review; submitting a request does not approve VIP status.
How do I claim community and referral rewards?
Community and referral rewards are not active. You can use the form to ask about the proposed programme or share a project plan for future review.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Points and VIP qualifying quantities are adjusted for cancelled or refunded items. If the related points have already been spent, a points adjustment may reduce future rewards until the balance is restored. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid. Contact us about a voucher used on a cancelled or refunded order; it is not automatically reissued.
Do I need to be a VIP to order or request samples?
No. All customers can shop online and order a Sample Pak ($1 covers shipping). For a larger or mixed-fabric project, contact us for a direct quote; final minimums and pricing are confirmed in the quotation. The rewards and VIP framework on this page is not active yet; no points or discounts are being awarded.
