A clear guide to production, delivery and support for your custom fabric order.
Polyester printing commonly takes around 1–2 working days after artwork and order details are confirmed. Natural-material printing usually takes around 7–10 days. Larger projects may take longer; we confirm the expected schedule. Production time is separate from transit time.
FedEx, UPS, DHL and YunExpress options depend on destination and shipment. Available checkout rates depend on address, order value and packed weight. If no rate appears, request a delivery quotation. Mainland China delivery is not currently offered.
Check your delivery information before payment. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Tracking is provided for tracked services. Taxes, duties and carrier surcharges are separate unless expressly included in your quotation.
For damage, incorrect goods or shortages, contact william@dectextile.com preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Keep packaging and clear photographs. We will assess the report and confirm the next step; this recommendation does not limit statutory rights.
Custom-made goods are not accepted for non-quality or change-of-mind returns. Confirmed problems may be resolved by replacement, reprint or refund as appropriate. Contact us before returning goods for instructions and agreed shipping arrangements.
